Hi, I’m Erin Lawson.
I spent the past ten years on a journey to heal myself from chronic migraines and gut dysfunction. Things started great when I eliminated a ton of foods that were contributing to my symptoms. But I knew I couldn’t live that way long-term, and I spent thousands of dollars on “fix” after “fix” without making lasting progress.
But praise God, the story doesn’t end there! Ultimately, it was my husband’s journey with tick-borne illness that led us to find a protocol that finally helped us both to overcome symptoms that we’d dealt with for decades. Combining the right foods, the right supplements, and the right lifestyle changes in the correct order using this protocol has now completely shifted the way that I counsel clients in restoring their wellness.

it doesn’t have to be complicated
Most of what I’ll teach you here I have un-learned from nursing school, and even some of it from nutrition school too. My degrees and credentials don’t make me an expert in your condition—YOU are the only expert on YOU. What I have learned and what I am excited to teach you are the foundational principles that help the body function optimally and enhance its own innate healing potential.

Digest
We believe that all disease begins in the gut, which houses more than 70% of our immune system. This means that improving gut dysfunction and maintaining proper elimination boosts immune resilience and keeps us healthy.
Detoxify
We also know that our modern world exposes us to toxins of all kinds and that our bodies often harbor pathogens as a defense mechanism against them. We believe that supporting detox pathways and reducing daily exposures are essential parts of maintaining wellness.
