My Approach to Wellness
It doesn’t have to be complicated.
I’ve spent many years studying the complicated and nuanced science of nutrition and the human body to be able to tell you, it actually can be pretty simple.
One of the foundational principles that Storied Wellness Co. is built on is believing that your body was designed with the innate capacity to heal itself when we remove the things that keep us sick and give it more of the things it needs to function optimally.
Our bodies were not created with pharmaceutical deficiencies, and no, you don’t need all of the latest and most expensive biohacking tools to attain wellness either.

It is my mission to show you exactly how to return to these basics with intention and ease, so that boosting your healing potential can become part of the fabric of your life, and you can face life’s challenges with resilience.
I’m a board certified functional medicine practitioner who has spent a lot of time and money figuring out my own health issues. Now my passion and purpose is to help you overcome your stubborn symptoms without the restrictive measures I used for so long.
By implementing foundational principles that address the deeper causes of dysfunction within the body, we can get to the root of the problem. My approach really boils down to these three principles:
Nourish
We must give the body nourishment if we expect it to thrive. Here at Storied Wellness Co., we prioritize nourishment in 6 key areas—food, sleep, sunshine, movement, spiritual wellness, and community.
Digest
We believe that all disease begins in the gut, which houses more than 70% of our immune system. This means that improving gut dysfunction and maintaining proper elimination boosts immune resilience and keeps us healthy.
Detoxify
We also know that our modern world exposes us to toxins of all kinds and that our bodies often harbor pathogens as a defense mechanism against them. We believe that supporting detox pathways and reducing daily exposures are essential parts of maintaining wellness.
