Why Foundational Medicine?

Functional medicine was the catalyst that opened my eyes to an entire world outside of allopathic medicine. As a fourth generation registered nurse, the lightbulb for me came after allopathic medicine had failed to help me find any sort of relief from chronic daily migraines. Functional medicine and nutrition shifted so much for me, but foundational medicine completely changed the game.
