Tried It All
Isn’t the definition of insanity doing the same thing over and over but expecting different results?
Let’s explore the typical path that we often take when symptoms arise.
How have we been taught to address symptoms?
We usually squelch the symptoms with over the counter drugs because we don’t like to be uncomfortable and we’re taught that symptoms are bad. We use over-the-counter painkillers, antacids, sleep aids, anti-histamines, stimulants…
Symptoms are also inconvenient. We cannot be bothered to slow down.
Maybe next you try prescriptions, get some testing or imaging done. You buy some time.
Maybe then you’re told you need surgery. “Your gallbladder isn’t necessary. It’s hurting and we can take it out next Thursday.”
Maybe you were told after seeing a doctor and running some tests that it must be “all in your head,” “it’s just part of being a woman,” or “it’s part of getting older.” All of these are completely unacceptable forms of medical gaslighting.
It’s no wonder you’ve developed some trust issues.
You try to take matters into your own hands. Surely if you just cut enough carbs, quit “feeding the bad bugs with sugar,” eat super clean… so you’ve followed all the trends: South Beach, Atkins, Paleo, Whole30, Keto, Anti-Candida, Pro-Metabolic, Carnivore… Maybe they helped a little? You can’t really tell. You’ve dropped a few pounds here and there, but they always come back. The symptoms might shift a bit with each new diet, but they too come back.
Oh, and the supplements. Yep, you’ve done them all. You’re on 6 just to combat the fatigue alone–iron, b vitamins, ashwagandha, rhodiola, CoQ10, magnesium. Then you’ve got the vitamin D, calcium, collagen powder, greens powder, the hormone support blend, the immunity one, oh! And don’t forget the turmeric, ginger, and CBD to help with that nagging joint pain.
You’ve dabbled with all the holistic therapies: acupuncture, chiropractic, therapeutic massage, breathwork, infrared sauna, and you’ve even tried a cold plunge because someone, somewhere said it would heal your nervous system.
What is the missing link?
Why aren’t these things working, or if they’re helping, why don’t they seem to be doing enough to help you fully heal?
Terrain theory says you’ve got a filthy tank and you won’t get any better until you clear out the pond scum, i.e. toxins and pathogens.
We first have to ask, what makes us susceptible?
If you’ve dabbled with “all the things” but you haven’t addressed the fact that your body has been storing up toxic waste for years without being able to fully eliminate them, your body is still toxic.
You need to open up the body’s elimination pathways, create a way for it to release, and then systematically purge the pathogens and toxins that have taken up residence there.
Yes, the holistic therapies are great! You’re on the right track. By all means, don’t stop seeing your chiropractor and yes, you probably need that breathwork. But you haven’t addressed the real root cause, and you probably aren’t consuming enough nutrients from your food to be able to conquer it.
You need a roadmap; a proven process to take the guesswork out of healing your body for good.
I’ve designed a program around the CellCore Foundational Protocol that does just that. The Gut Connection Blueprint is comprehensive on purpose. You need to address this from all angles.
You need a solid nutritional foundation, you need to know which detox practices to incorporate and HOW to incorporate them into the fabric of your life so they become second nature, and you definitely need the support and guidance of someone who has been there and understands where you’re coming from– AND has completed this roadmap herself– me.
The Gut Connection Blueprint is only offered three times per year, so if you’re tired of spinning your wheels, kicking the can down the road, and wondering if you’ll ever really feel better– don’t wait!
Enrollment for the June program ends Wednesday May 29, 2024 at midnight! We won’t open the doors again until September.
What are you waiting for?
